Hyon Chu Clanton was loving, compassionate, and hard working to say the least. She was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, married an army solider, and mothered one daughter. Hyon Chu left her home country to support the military lifestyle with her family. She was fortunate enough to raise half of her daughter’s life in Korea, and second half in California.
