The Shoe Print: Valentine Fun
http://shoeprint.blogspot.com/2015/02/valentine-fun.html
Thursday, February 19, 2015. Although we spent Valentine's Day in the hospital with a sick little Char Char, we still managed to have some fun celebrating. The weekend before Valentine's Day, Justin took the girls to a local Daddy/Daughter dance. They met some neighbors for dinner beforehand and then hit the big par-tay. Justin is always so thoughtful, even in the midst of craziness. This was welcoming me home from the hospital on one of my breaks from staying with Charlie. Omelettes in a Bag. On Wings a...

See Our Blog Posts. It was a great experience and I am thankful that God sent us there. It was about that time that God began working on us regarding missions. We thought short term at first and that eventually shifted to permanent missions work. But where? After a phone call to Grace International School, we applied, interviewed, and were accepted. So we are moving once again, and are excited! Atlanta, GA: Georgia Baptist Children's Home became our part-time home during our year with them as House Paren...

The Shoe Print: Friday Faves
http://shoeprint.blogspot.com/2015/03/friday-faves.html
Friday, March 6, 2015. Here's an ode to all my current faves. Nalgene sippy cups for my kids. Are you a sippy cup hater like me? I have tried every.single.cup on the market, looking for one that doesn't leak. This is the only one I've found - the Naglene Grip and Gulp. My kids each have one and really, they don't leak! Plus, it's 12 oz so it holds a lot more than your traditional sippy, which means you don't have to fill it up as often. Holla! Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty. Crazy Joy - my friend Kati...

The Shoe Print: Omelettes in a Bag
http://shoeprint.blogspot.com/2011/07/omelettes-in-bag.html
Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Omelettes in a Bag. My mom told me about this super fun, kid-friendly way of making omelettes. We gave it a try this past weekend and it was definitely a success! Fun, tasty, and super easy! Crack 2 or 3 eggs into ziplock bags. Squish eggs around in the bag. Add your favorite omelette ingredients. Close the bag and toss it into a pot of boiling water. Cover and boil for 13 minutes. I love any idea that gets kids involved in the kitchen! July 26, 2011 at 4:56 PM. No oil, either!

The Shoe Print: On being 8 months old with a curvy spine
http://shoeprint.blogspot.com/2014/08/on-being-8-months-old-with-curvy-spine.html
Wednesday, August 27, 2014. On being 8 months old with a curvy spine. Our little man is 8 months! Umm, time. can you pleeeeease slow down? He's eating basically all foods, feeds himself like a champ, scooting around, refusing to take a bottle (Can you believe it? I only half hate it though. Since he's most likely our last I'm letting him get away with his mama-only demands.), still toothless, down to one nap a day (poor, poor third child. it's the best we can do with our school schedule! The good news is...
