Sweet Onion Cyclists was born with a newsletter announcing our first ride on September 14, and our first meeting on September 19, 1996. We began with 12 members and have grown to 33 members today. Our purpose is to ride safer, get others started riding, educate motorists, public officials and ourselves to share the road responsibly, and to enjoy the fellowship of other bicyclists on a variety of rides including:.
