Up To My Knees in Knit. Wednesday, October 12, 2011. It's Great to be 8! I don't think Isaac looked forward to another birthday quite like his 8th birthday! He was so excited to not only get baptized, but also start scouts. For his birthday, he got to invite about 12 friends over for some Laser Tag! It was a lot of fun! He got a cake in the shape of an 8, and a bunch of awesome gifts from friends. Isaac with his bestie McKay. I love this boy! He was sent to me as my first child to be a leader and example...

Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Since the baby was born so late on Monday, the kids didn't get to meet him until after school the next day. We had to make sure all of their immunization records were faxed into the hospital and they weren't sick. Matt took the kids up to see him, and then we decided his name will be Lincoln. We had a few other names, but I think we all knew he was Lincoln. Stopped in to see us. Matt was able to take them up to see Lincoln and they gave him a blessing. Posted by Melissa Miller.

Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Next Stop.Washington D.C. We only spent one day in Washington D.C. I wish we would have stayed longer.but our A/C broke in the car, so we had to get that fixed. I was pregnant and driving without A/C was not an option! The pictures are out of order, but Lily saw Madeline doing a picture "holding the Washington Monument in her hand" so she thought she could just stick out her hand in any picture and it would work! The kids were so sick of taking pictures!
