Oddly enough, we had our first kids within two months of each other, and plan to instill the same friendship in them. Anne and her family live near Shreveport, LA… where her husband Kris is currently stationed. Thursday, September 2, 2010. In Just One Week…. I feel like he has gone from baby to little boy, he even started taking baths in the real bathtub! The last 9 months have flown by! These last 2 pictures make me laugh! Saylen doesn’t know any better than to assume the dogs are just like him. They are definitely the best friends he has right now, and I think they like him too. Here's what's new at our house. 1 Saylen will play for 15- 20 minutes all by himself. This may not sound like much, but if you have had a little one this age, you would know that it's nice to be able to just sit and not chase or constantly entertain! 2 He has be come such a good eater! The day before Thanksgiving was spent lounging around the house, and then meeting some of Spencer’s old friends for an afternoon BBQ at the park…. Saylen had a great time crawling back and forth through the doggy door… something new for the boy that thinks he is a dog! Saylen wanted in on the basketball action, but had to settle for swinging with the girls! November 25 – Thanksgiving Day –. November 25 –. One last good-bye with Uncle Zachy!
