Just another WordPress.com site. Last week, I got sick to death of eggs. I made omelettes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs and french toast. I am over them. One of my housemates left me half a dozen eggs and asked me to eat them because she’ll be away for 3 weeks. Looks like I am having a few more this week. We decided to have a delayed honeymoon - almost 8 months after we actually got married - because we were set on a roadtrip through the Northern part of Italy. September was the chosen month, as it was going to most likely give us the warm weather we were hoping for, but be at the tail-end of the peak tourist season. We made the right decision. Ramadan ist, wenn die Nacht zum Tag wird. On July 10, 2016. Posted in: Arabische Welt. Die Nacht wird zum Tage. Das immer wieder erstaunlichste für mich ist der Wandel der Nacht, die zum Tag wird. Tagsüber sind die Straßen nahezu leer und für eine Stadt wir Riyadh ist dies eine erstaunliche Angelegenheit. Normaler Weis ist der Verkehr dicht gedrängt und gerade zur Rushhour die sich auch noch von ungefähr acht Uhr morgens auf 10 Uhr verlegt. Der Muezzin ruft noch länger. Fazit des vergangenen Monats.
