Level 1 Homemaker: May 2013
http://level1homemaker.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 24, 2013. Looking Back on a Good Week. It's been another good week. I'm starting to feel like I can. Accomplish things in the house! I did the grocery shopping and took the books and cds to the used bookstore. Remember how I speculated that I'd come home with as many as I took to sell? Well I didn't bring back quite. The devotional books will stay in my bedroom bookshelves, but I'll be sure that I have them all. Can I admit that I don't remember anything at all about Tuesday? And 2 cans of be...
Level 1 Homemaker: January 2015
http://level1homemaker.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2015. Looking Back on January. January has been rather successful for me. I've begun walking again, and only missed a few days this month. I've cooked regularly, and done okay on cleaning. (Always room for improvement.) I've also started working on being a better (snail mail) correspondent. Than I do real photos on my Flickr account. I'm trying not to beat up on myself about that, or remind myself of the hundreds of photo props I've got just a-waitin' to be used. . . This is the Jan...
Level 1 Homemaker: Cross Stitch Update
http://level1homemaker.blogspot.com/2014/09/cross-stitch-update.html
Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Here are the projects I finished in August, with one exception (which needs another photo). I plan to do another post soon on my current works-in-progress, which are many! I decorated my mantle with a nautical theme for August. This is "The Guardians of the Sea", a free pattern by The Little Stitcher. Sadly, I forgot to take a photo of it before I had framed it, so there is a glare. It is a small pattern that fits nicely in a 4 x 4 frame. I love the colors!
Level 1 Homemaker: July 2013
http://level1homemaker.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 28, 2013. Can it be possible. . . It has been twelve years. Since my best friend and I "eloped" into the neighboring county. We got a license and list of JPs, made a few phone calls- and one appointment- and went off for a huge breakfast at the breakfast bar. That was followed by a wee bit of shopping, the exchanging of vows, and back home for a nap. Through better or worse. In sickness and in health. No arguments, though there have been disagreements and a few pouts. Friday, July 26, 2013.
