A little something I started about a year ago. I stopped writing halfway, unable to fully describe how I really felt at that time. Now that its over, I guess its time to just finish what I started. I didnt want to write about this initially. I was convinced that if I do then I would jinx things and cause something to happen and then it wont happen at all. The hour is late but my eyes wont let me rest. I lie here and I think. I think and think and think and think of you. I think of your lips. How soft they always feel against my skin. Sometimes I still dont believe it. That youre there and Im here. That we wake to different mornings at different times in different continents, thousands of miles apart. How did we get here sugar puff? I want a hug from you. A hug and an answer. Maybe you could explain why it has to be this way. Why we have to suffer such a great distance, blurry facetime sessions, stupid mobile receptions and hug-less seasons. Whats at this end of this tunnel? Whats waiting there for us, Ill never know.
