Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open. - John Barrymore. Monday, March 18, 2013. The first two weeks. T's been two weeks since I started on my new job/career as Real Living's managing editor, and all I could say is.I'm having a blast! Let's just say that all those wonderful colors I see almost every day, whether at shoots or visits to exhibits, have translated to how I decorate our own nest. Such a great find! Meanwhile, the pillows are from Duo Deco. So yes, I am loving ...

Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open. - John Barrymore. Tuesday, November 05, 2013. Shuffling here and there. He past months in photos (or, My Excuse for Not Posting Anything Decent Here Lately). I'm not allowed to post photos until after the groom and bride have posted the pics themselves. Heh. The weather was considerate enough to let us have enough natural light. Sadly, no blue skies were in sight that day. Real Living Space was a resounding success! This setup was on...

Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open. - John Barrymore. Sunday, June 30, 2013. When work feels like work (haha! Kay, so work has been taxing lately. I'd like to believe that it's all because of this big issue that we had to come up with (a.k.a. birth pains), and the hard work that comes after that in order to ensure a good follow-through. Seeing this pretty thing on my desk makes me feel like all the back-breaking work is worth it after all. Links to this post.

Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open. - John Barrymore. Saturday, July 27, 2013. My job gives me a valid reason to shop. Ne of the things I love about working for a shelter magazine? I get to "discover" home decor stores. The first shop that became a favorite is DuoDeco Studio. Read all about it here. Now all I have to learn is how to fend off the urge to buy all those pretty pieces I discover. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

http://transparentvisions.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open. - John Barrymore. Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Since last year is just a mere two weeks away, I guess this entry is still not too late. Like everyone else who felt compelled to look back at how last year had been, I, too, will jump into the year-ender tradition. To sum it all up, 2013 was a wonderfully blessed year. We have been eating out more often lately, and we know we have to curb the bad habit because it's not practical! It's alw...

Y apologies for starting this entry on a rant, but I just need to let this out first, and then we can proceed to the happy notes. The very charming details in our hotel- Golden Sun Palace. This is the view from our T&B! Every street is filled with souvenir shops that it's easy to be overwhelmed! These colorful, plush key chains are on display at Swan Embroidery....

Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open. - John Barrymore. Friday, February 22, 2013. His is an embarrassing confession, but it was just recently when I stepped into UP Vargas Museum for the first time. How sad, right? More than a decade has passed since I graduated, and it was just a few days ago when I got to actually see the campus museum. Well, it's better late than never, as the cliche goes. My first time was rewarded by a wonderful exhibit, which I blogged about here.

Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open. - John Barrymore. Monday, July 14, 2014. Arriving at the location meant instant stress-relief. Consider this view:. I had this urge to just run up those hills and soak up the sun (this lass didn't have any basking-under-the-sun summer, so.). And the charm of the place is just so wonderful! Francis and I could spend the weekend there, shut off from any social network connection, and everything will still be perfectly all right.

Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open. - John Barrymore. Thursday, February 27, 2014. I'm on the VSCO Grid! Just recently discovered how wonderful the VSCO Cam is. I've been seeing a handful of my Instagram contacts using that hashtag, and for a while, I didn't really pay attention to what it is. Good thing I did, and now I'm hooked! Aside from the beautiful filters, VSCO also has the Grid. So yes, VSCO Grid will be my repository for my mobile snapshots (but Flickr. First...
