I dreamed of fleeing unknown pursuers, as i sat on top of tiny bullet trains that wove through the cobblestone streets of an anonymous latin american city. Last night i dreamed that i found $5 in a camus book on a train and paid it to fidel castro for my fare. A weekend in the city. On the train from inwood to brooklyn, 4am sunday]. We got a journey ahead of us, son.". We can't smoke anywhere near the MTA.". One for you, one for me.". He's the younger of my two boy cousins and was always the adventurous one. my childhood memory is littered with "oh my god, you wouldn't believe what happened to casey.".
