Thimble Thoughts: Pretty Good...Yet A Little Odd
http://thimblethoughts.blogspot.com/2008/07/pretty-goodyet-little-odd.html
Tuesday, July 15, 2008. Pretty Good.Yet A Little Odd. We stopped at FMC on the way to the hospital to see my brother and get some sugar. Doesn't he look professional? I think he stole the lab jacket. I don't think I was supposed to be taking pictures in front of the plant. Oh well! Daddy was in pretty good spirits today. They want to move him to a rehabilitation center tomorrow. It's far away so I'm hoping mom and I can get him moved to the rehabilitation center here in town. Posted by Kristi @ 6:43 PM.

Thimble Thoughts: Ever Had One Of THOSE Days?
http://thimblethoughts.blogspot.com/2008/07/ever-had-one-of-those-days.html
Saturday, July 12, 2008. Ever Had One Of THOSE Days? Yeah, me too! I had one of THOSE days yesterday. I was already feeling somewhat emotional from seeing my babes off to Puerto. Rico I thought that would be the only sad thing in my day. But alas, I was wrong. So, the meal was completed, the house was finished, and daddy was resting in his chair. Time to get home. We had dinner plans with Tim and Angie C. I had enough time to get home, shower, and take a nap before leaving. Rico Not long after, my baby g...

Thimble Thoughts: Even In The Valley, God Is Good
http://thimblethoughts.blogspot.com/2008/07/even-in-valley-god-is-good.html
Monday, July 14, 2008. Even In The Valley, God Is Good. It's late and I'm tired. I've already been to bed once, but I just had to thank the Lord tonight. Mrs Kim O' called me just as I was beginning to have my melt down and was so sweet to pray with me over the phone. God sent her at just the right time. Thank you, Mrs. Kim, for being there today. I appreciated that time of prayer. Mom was on her way to bed and I was going to run Harry some bath water. Just as he and I were headed to the bathroom, I ...

Thimble Thoughts: Have You Ever Found Everything Funny?
http://thimblethoughts.blogspot.com/2008/07/have-you-ever-found-everything-funny.html
Monday, July 21, 2008. Have You Ever Found Everything Funny? I went shopping at Wal Mart by myself this evening. One of my favorite things to do is people watch. And I saw some interesting people tonight. I just wish I had taken my camera to capture these people. Like the woman at the deli with a bee hive hair do in white walking shorts, black panty hose, and red high heel shoes. Looksfollowed by a wink, of course. They were just so cute. Thimble Thoughts: March 2006
http://thimblethoughts.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 31, 2006. Early Bird Get's the Most Accomplished! I was up just after 5:00 this morning. Bruce was up getting ready for work and I was up getting ready to clean Mom's house. We both left at 5:30. When I returned home, the kids had finished up their school work assigned to them and were doing their chores. The house smelled so good! When I got home my sweet hubby was just getting home from work. He looked so sleepy. Bless his heart. Posted by Kristi @ 3:26 PM. Thursday, March 30, 2006. You c...

Saturday, July 12, 2008. Dinner With Tim and Angie. As I said in the post below, we had dinner at Don's last night with Brother Tim, Mrs. Angie, and their youngest son, Logan. Their oldest son, "Todd," is in Puerto. Angie and her sweetheart son, Logan. He is soooooo. He definitely has his own personality. lol. And Angie has the sweetest voice. She's so nice and fun to talk to. Logan was hiding from my camera, but I GOT HIM! At Sonic, Logan and Harrison found fun on the merry-go-round. Welcome to my Thimb...

Thimble Thoughts: My Sad Saturday
http://thimblethoughts.blogspot.com/2006/09/my-sad-saturday.html
Sunday, September 24, 2006. As most of you probably already know, UNC lost their football game to Clemson Saturday afternoon. It was so HORRIBLE! Before the end of the first quarter, Clemson had already scored 35 points. By the third quarter, Bruce and I were ready to catch a cab home, allowing Brother Sam and Sis Anna to enjoy their gleeful ride back to the house alone. But we hung in there for the final score of 52 to 7. Yes, SEVEN! I was so embarassed. But again, I told myself it's no big deal....
