Nachdem wir nun schon über einem Monat in Perth leben, haben wir nun auch schon eine Tour gemacht. Dazu hatten wir uns spontan ein Auto gemietet und sind Richtung Süden gefahren. Lex und Chris in Australien. Berichte, Bilder und Eindrücke unserer Reise. Samstag, 21. Mai 2011. Our day on Rottnest Island. Last week Lex and I took a day off to go to Rottnest Island or "Rotti" how the locals call it. The island is 30 mins away from Perth and can be reached by ferry. Rottnest is such a small island that you can also drive around it by bike in one day. All in all it was a beautiful day and just nice to feel like typical tourists again. To see that adorable quokkas was wonderful.
