Wednesday, August 3, 2011. It's kind of amazing that I am actually posting her 11 month update on her actual 11 month birthday. BAM! Millie is at such a fun age right now and I am soaking in every moment; every tear, every tooth- bearing smile, every "HI! At 11 months old Millie:. Babbles like she's having a conversation with you. Says "HI" while waving vigorously. Says mama and dada and baba (bottle). Crawls at 100 mph. Is now on a two nap a day schedule versus three. Can pull up on just about anything.

Sunday, January 22, 2012. Well, I haven't fallen off the face of the Earth as many of you may think. The past few months for the Bird family can be easily described as BUSY! Thursday, April 19, 2012. We are having a BOY! We found out in January but I've been totally slacking in the blogging world. Trying to play catch up now! I'm still a little shocked that we are indeed having a little boy join our family. My mother's side of the family has not had a boy since my 32 year old cousin Craig. All girls! I have a video of the cake cutting on my cell phone and I think I've memorized it by now. Millie LOVES to watch it everyday! I really do hope she is this sweet with her brother!

Saturday, November 5, 2011. Halloween was so awesome this year! Millie is at such a fun age right now and she thouroughly enjoyed dressing up and getting candy from all our neighbors. We were able to trick-or-treat with Millie's cousins, Charlee Sue, Hudson, Isabelle and Sophia and our sweet neighbor little Liv Noonan. It was a lot of fun! My cool little Minnie Mouse. All ready to go trick-or-treating! My sweet nephew Hudson. He was his Gogo (grandfather) for Halloween! Millie Mouse with her Aunt Adriane.

Friday, March 18, 2011. If you were one of the lucky ones who got to enjoy a spring break I hope it was a great one! Millie and I just got back from Houston yesterday. We've been there since Monday helping my mother recover from her rotator cuff surgery she had last week. She can't life her arm at all for any reason whatsoever for at least eight weeks. Yuck!
