Description: First thing I've noticed is that there is a strong sent of generic barbecue when you open the package. The pieces are about two inches a piece, and have a slightly oily consistency. They're also purple. At least much closer to purple than any other cow based product I've encountered. I'm not one of those people, but it's adequate jerky.
