My concentration is pods/seeds. i am getting sick of it. here are my first five pieces. i think they are alright. it's hard to make pods/seeds interesting. one is an abstraction of a pinecone, one is an avocado, another is whirligigs, one is a grapefruit, and one is some little pod things that ms mcbride found at a cemetary. enjoy! So i have decided what to do for my next concentration pieces. i think i should try drawing one of them since i don't have any that are drawn, so i'm thinking 2 s side by side pieces, one drawn of a closed fist and the other opened to show an acorn or something. it kind of shows containment and growth i guess? Next year my biggest advice is to plan ahead and if you stay on track everyhting will be a lot less stressful. Also pick a concenration that allows you to grow and experiment, but that will connect as a whole. Lastly practice your BS factor (it really helps whe trying to explain your art).
