Well, my mom discovered Ikea. Over the weekend we went twice and got a utility sink for her art studio and a sink for the bathroom. Being is always an experience for me and seem to be like an accelerated class in design. My past couple sketches have all related in some way to this dog. I'd like to go get her, but I know i can't. I hope everything goes well for her. So i ask you. what would make one even more cool? Gloomy insperation for winter. Try making some art to this ever so sexy-spooky playlist.

Sunday, May 1, 2011. The showcase was so fun, it was so neat to see everyone's stuff put together, it was actually the neatest thing this year. I can't believe we have so few classes left, this feeling has proven to me how much I will need to continue taking art classes. Which is good, but still sad. The flower paintings are going to be awesome, the portfolios will be awesome, being a lumberjack will be awesome- it's just all so great! Sunday, April 17, 2011. Monday, June 7, 2010. I absolutely adored the Jesse Reno workshop. He had such a unique way of doing art, and it was wonderful to learn from a truly succesful professional artist. His style was so much fun to emulate and I think it helped everyone to let go. Ithink it helped bond the art class and Made us more of a art family, instead of a bunch of spereate groups. Advice: Dear future AP students- pick a concentration YOU LOVE. you are dealing with it ALL year and have to make twelve pieces of art. Have fun with it! In Hogwarts I Trust. Sunday, May 1, 2011. Last Update. The very last. What a great showcase. It's nice that so many students and teachers and parents show up in support, especially since it's just a once-a-year kind of thing. I feel an especially close sense of community in two classes within Lakeridge, and those are AP art and my French class. Moreso AP art than French. I'm going to miss this class so much come summer. Sunday, May 1, 2011. Just around the riverbend. The end of high school is just around the riverbend! I suppose I will reflect on the year in AP Art (boooooring I know). 1 Fall was crazy. I look back and realize that I did so much in a short amount of time as far as creating a portfolio for schools. Wow. 2 I fully enjoyed creating a concentration.
