In September 2013 I will be attempting to swim the English Channel once more … this time using the butterfly stroke only. This feat has been accomplished twice thus far by the Canadian Vicki Keith (23h33 in 1989) and the Englishwoman Julie Bradshaw (14h18 in 2002).
