Followed by 2 circuits of. 25 x squats with 5kg bar and 2 x 2.5kg plates. 25 x bench press with 2 x 6kg dumbells. 25 x bent over row with 2 x 4kg dumbells. 25 x shoulder press with 2 x 4kg dumbells. 25 x narrow grip pull down with 22.5kg. 12 x lunges/12 step ups (alternate sets).
