Selasa, 30 Oktober 2007. 500 gr cumi ukuran besar ( potong tipis-tipis ). 1 sdm air jeruk perut. 4 lembar daun jeruk. 100 ml santan cair. 2 bh daun bawang ( luncang potong 2 cm ). 8 bh bawang merah. 4 siung bawang putih. 5 bh cabe merah. 2 bh potongan serai ( ukuran 10 cm ). 4 btr kemiri, sangrai. 1 sdt ketumbar sangrai. 2 cm jahe cincang. 1 sdt garam, dan gula. 1 Cuci bersih cumi, rendam denga perasan jeruk perut, tiriskan. 5 Setelah matang icipin dan angkat.
