Sunday, May 29, 2011. Lilly turned 3. She got a bike for her birthday and loves to ride it and put her babies on the back. At 7 1/2 months Haley weighs 14 pounds. She is sitting on her own and is still trying to get used to baby food. Haley has such a fun personality. She is for certain the most high maintenance of the two. Thursday, October 16, 2008. I was sitting here playing around on this thing and it is really cool! It is great to hear from everyone and to see pictures and blogs of everyone also. Things in Texas are going well. We were in the mid 80's earlier this week and a cold front came through last night and so now we are in the low 70's. I guess fall is finally here! Sunday, November 2, 2008. We had a GREAT halloween! We received about a years worth of candy for all of us! In our neighborhood everyone starts to trick or treat around 6:00 pm. We were outside at 6:30 starting to hand out candy, (there are so many people that we all sit in our driveways to hand out candy so you aren't running to the door every 10 seconds), we had 18 bags of candy and we were out at 8:00 pm! And I will NEVER do that again! It drives me crazy! Needless to say, I am NOT a NASCAR fan!

Monday, September 19, 2011. The family's visit to Canada! I'm finally posting pictures from August when the whole Liechty clan came to Saskatchewan for a visit. It was a great time! Everyone walked around the University of Regina where Nuno and I work and we also saw First Nations University of Canada (the only one of its kind in Canada and a federated college of the U of R).
