Saturday, December 18, 2010. Check out our new digs! We've really been out and about our first few months here. We went to a renaissance festival:. Where some had turkey legs and others were smarter. We went to a rally. After Thanksgiving day, we went to a christmas tree farm. Neither Nick nor Shelby wanted to leave the TV. It was cold. and Santa was creepy. Monday, July 26, 2010. We have been amazingly busy these past few weeks. Not only has work been hectic but we took a short vacation to go to a wedding in Alabama. The fourteen hour drive was well worth catching up with old friends! We boarded the pets at the local Canine Hilton. When we dropped them off, Oscar looked like this:. Monday, March 29, 2010. We had a very very busy weekend! Once we got back to the center, it was time to go see a capoeira group perform in the center's outdoor pin-up/bbq/lunchtime/gathering space. Capoeira is a mixture of dancing, music and low-contact martial arts. A friend of the center was going back to Brazil and his group had a farewell performance for him. In the video, he's the one in black pants with the beard and hat. Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Has provided endless amounts of joy this afternoon.

Monday, September 12, 2011. I know, I know, I'm WAY behind, but things have been busy! Can you believe that Jacob is old enough to start big boy school? Our neighborhood is located in the Deer Creek School District and they started a Pre-K program at their elementary schools. Saturday, March 20, 2010. Well, I apparently let time escape me and well i just forgot. I know, i know, no excuse. but that's all I got right now. Technically I owe you (meaning the one person that reads this) 17 Thankful for's. So here it goes :. 1Open House being OVER. Our theme was oceans so they made scuba divers and then I put their writing in the hallway about if they were scuba divers. :) It's actually their pictures on the bodies. Precious. I know.
