I dreamt of the time I could finally make my way over the Mississippi River to indulge my life in all that St. Louis has to offer. Well my time has come and here I am. I am embracing my new city of diversity, culture, and great food! Now I can tell it even when people don't want to listen! Maybe a little of all three?

Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with a Port Wine Dressing. So since I have been in the kitchen trying new things out I thought that I would share my recipes with you! Well I went to one of the local farmer’s market this weekend and at almost every stand there were beets. I hope you try it because the time it takes is so worth it! One small shallot , sliced.

Hunnit med en hel del idag, började dagen med att sola 20 min sen ut och springa. Fast jag har fortfarande svårt att komma ut, men när jag väl är ute så är det inga problem :P. Ganska skönt faktiskt, även fast min kondis inte är bra alls. Men jag gör så gott jag kan och den kommer väl så småningom den med =). Det är en sån skön känsla efteråt, att man har gjort nåt bra.
