If you have been friends with YouTube.com for some time, then you have noticed those videos where bunch of dudes come together and make fast food from fast food - the epic fast food. I'm a real food lover and I really enjoy their shows. "It's Epic Meal Time online cooking show every Tuesday! Best time to watch it is when you are eating. Just an advise. What about 70,000 calories cake? Fail is not the End.

It's well known, but still most of use are too lazy to do this. Most time when I'm studying, my head after a while become dizzy and then studying becomes not so successful. Go to pull-up bar or just to place where you have enough space to do some exercises. 1) Just do pull-ups or push-ups till you can do no more,2) rest for about 1-2 minutes 3) go back to work.
