Monday, September 16, 2013. Lights, Camera, Work! We needed a working office. I was getting tired of having stacks of papers and books everywhere and spreading my materials in various rooms. Most nights I sit on the couch and read or do homework, but it's very distracting. We finally found a desk we love, which got our butt in gear to work on the office. My husband is awesome. He can figure out how to do any project around the house which saves us so much money! Oh, and he enjoys doing it too, bonus!

Saturday, February 13, 2016. In an effort to find a new lazy Saturday breakfast option, I thought I'd try my hand at a frittata. I've never made a frittata before so I'm not trying to adapt an old recipe - just starting from scratch. I used this recipe as a base idea for how to make a frittata. I chopped 1/2 an onion and 6 cloves of garlic and sauteed them in a little olive oil in my iron skillet. After they started to soften I added 1/2 an orange pepper, 1/2 a red pepper and a green onion with the chives.
