Everyday is *Special* have it end in a Creative way! Friday, January 13, 2012. I am sooo excited that its Friday! Only in a few hours it will be the Weekend! I have been doing great this week with my Calorie intake and Workout! I have been very consistent with what I should vs. What I shouldn't eat.So this morning I treated myself to a Bacon,Egg White, and Cheese sandwich on a Sesame Seed Bagel. I know it sounds very fattening and packs a LOT of Calories but I deserve it! Anyway ya'll enjoy your Weekend!

The weather is beautiful this morning with Spring like temperatures. As I stated yesterday my Doctor was extremely proud of me and my weight loss that I tackled in one months time. She told me in order for me weight to keep dropping off I should speed up my heart beat and cardio. With that said I did last night at the gym! Snack: Benefiber (30 Calories).

I recently discovered at my job that I can get reimbursement for having a gym membership and committing myself to work out in the gym 3x's per week for the next 13 weeks. It sounds easy right?
