Monday, June 11, 2012. Still catching up on posts. My bridesmaids' luncheon was hosted by a few of my friends' moms at the Poleys' lovely home! The luncheon was perfect. and so delicious with shrimp and grits and Bloody Marys. Every bride gives each of her bridesmaids a gift before the wedding, and to thank my wonderful seven bridesmaids, I gave them each a bracelet. My mom and I thought they were perfect because of the knots, so I included this note in each box. Wednesday, June 6, 2012. A Busy Few Weeks.

Saturday, December 24, 2011. Turned into a birth. I've been celebrating my 24th birthday since Monday! I feel so grateful to have such wonderful family and friends who have made this week so special. It started with a joint celebration with my co-workers. My co-worker Amanda's. Birthday is Dec. 28, so she had us all over to her apartment after work Monday for a cocktail hour to celebrate both of our birthdays. On Wednesday, Brian took me to dinner at Felicia Suzanne's. The Christmas party was a blast!

Thursday, May 17, 2012. Brian and Meg have graduated! I'm so proud of Brian for successfully finishing his two-year program at UAB. Brian came home after his final exam, and this weekend, we traveled back to Birmingham to attend his class graduation dinner. It was neat to see where his classmates are going to complete their MSHA residencies or fellowships. After dinner, we drove straight to Sewanee for Brian's sister Meg's Sunday morning graduation ceremony. Congratulations, Meg and Brian!
