Sunday, May 01, 2005. A couple tblspoons Olive Oil. About 8 medium size sliced Mushrooms. 15 - 2 tblspoons cornflour. 100 gms (about 4oz) Mascarpone. 2 mugs of water - one just boiled and one cold. Put olive oil and Salt and Pepper in saucepan, add mushrooms and soften over medium for a few minutes.
