Turkey Burgers with Avocado Salsa. June 28, 2014. This recipe is a summertime staple in our house! It’s quick and easy with very little prep needed. Combine ground turkey chopped peppers, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, and 1/4c shredded cheese. Form into 4 burgers. Grill on medium until cooked through. Meanwhile combine mashed avocado and fresh salsa to desired consistency with fork. Set aside. Place 1 cup of arugula on plates. Mix 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil and ground pepper. July 10, 2014.
