Where do I start? I am a Speech Pathologist, Feeding Specialist, and Developmental Therapist. I used to travel the world teaching courses, work at a local hospital, and run my private practice. Everyone’s always trying to get OUT of First Gear. It’s bad. If you’re stuck there, there’s something wrong with you. You should be miserable until you can get going again. But what if your life circumstances are such that this is where you’re gonna be for while. Maybe even a long while. Maybe forever, who knows? Do you just stay miserable your whole life? I don’t want to do that. I want to learn how to CELEBRATE life in first gear. Maybe there’s an up side to life in the slow lane?
