Life in the Happy Lane. I know, I know. Its the 4th already. I turned 31 last week, yay. And I had a decent birthday weekend. Hung out with friends and family on Thursday and Friday, and then I got an amazing surprise dinner party on Saturday. It was a beautiful weekend, but I was glad when it was over. I felt like I needed a break from social activities and people. And then add one additional book. I’m long overdue for a trip to terra kulture to get new African lit. November 4, 2015. It’s june 28th and our “food money” for the month has slowly dwindled towards “how many ways can you cook an egg? 8221; meals. so, i gotta dig deep into the freezer and literally whip something up with what i’ve got. i need substance damn-it! The story had a slow start and it took some self control to keep reading the book.
