Managing and directing a dance school is a busy life. Any customer service job is a busy and often thankless one. Although I agree with whole heart that all people should be treated with kindness and dignity I also believe there are fundamental truths that all people should have learned in Pre-School and should be practicing through adulthood. When these fundamentals are not in place and being practiced there are natural consequences that occur and folks need to own up and deal with it.
