Monday, April 06, 2015. It's been a long time. Terrell is in middle school and doing fairly well, he was on honor roll last semester but this time it is not looking so well. 6th grade is hard. Jayden is in 1st grade and doing a dual language program so he is learning in both Spanish and English. He did this for kindergarten too. We like it but the homework is getting harder for this non Spanish speaking or reading momma! I look forward to catching up with anyone who is still lurking around.

Wednesday, March 21, 2012. On Monday I was off work so Jayden and I went for a walk. Look what we found:. I just love old cemeteries and this one did not disappoint. I was amazed to see a medal of honor awardee from the civil war! I plan to go back soon to investigate more, the plaque at the front said 16 slaves are also buried there. Jayden thought he found a secret passage. After the burial ground we continued on to the park for a few hours of fun! The photos r a bit scary because of the cemeteries.

Who has blessed me above and beyond my wildest dreams. Thursday, January 22. Soit finally happened. My biggest girl- the girl I spent so many years praying for and begging God for- has turned from using one hand (5) to count her age to two (6)! I can hardly believe it! I can barely hold back the tears as I write this and think that the last 6 years have gone by so fast.what happened to them? Hailey is so creative.she loves crafts and creating and I love that she takes an idea and just "runs with it"!
