Life, Love and High Heels. So I think to really hit it home with making changes, i think i need to food journal and lay it out there for y'all. I'll be doubling up on workouts tonight as well. I STILL haven't decided if I'll do the 21 day Fix or Body Beast. And what is it about Body Beast that makes me wanna say GRRRR! Dinner: steak, potatoes, corn. Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1 english muffin with 2 tsp peanut butter. (1 1/2 red container, 2 yellow, 2tsp). Lunch: chicken breast, mixed veggies (1 red, 1 green).

And it's so hard. I never thought hitting a silly little ball was so difficult. I suck at it. I really do, but I love trying and improving. I did somewhat ok last night. Life, Love and High Heels. Shakeology Boost: Power Greens. Take a look at that! I got my Shakeology Boost Power Greens the other week and I just got around to tossing them in my shake this morning. I'll admit, as much as I love Shakeology, I don't have my shake daily and really, I SHOULD. It seems there's at least one meal each day I either struggle to find something to make or I just don't have time. Shakeology is perfect. Is this a sales pitch? I can't even taste it!
