The Skinny on Getting Thinny. My Journey In Pics. Sunday, May 1, 2011. Yesterday was a fantastic. Day to serve the people of Compton. I went with my church, Covenant Grace. To do a service project. Soat 4:30 am I woke up. Threw on some clothes and headed out to meet 6 other people to head up. Our specific project was to paint. A house, clean. Out their garage, and cut. Bushes and weeds from the backyard. It was such an amazing opportunity to serve a family and community in need. John painting the house.

The Skinny on Getting Thinny. My Journey In Pics. Saturday, May 7, 2011. 61 miles =…. A great run with my sister. A reward of some strawberries and froyo. AND icing my heel and foot. :( BUST! It is the weirdest thing.while running it does not hurt one bit BUT walking on my hard wood floors KILLS my heel. So I ice my heel and the top of my foot in hopes it gets better. :). So if any of you follow me on facebook, you would know my dad has been in the Emergency Room, then 5 hours of emergency surgery to treat an ulcer the perforated his bowel and a hiatal hernia. Basically they gave him Gastric Bypass for a second time. It was really scary and I really thought we might lose him! The prize.a years counseling ) *wink*. 2 Last time I checked the fire alarm should not go off!
