Tuesday, 18 November 2014. 因为常常想念家乡的美食。。。只要能医饱肚子就能了。。。也暂时解了我对鱼片米粉的‘渴’。。。市售去骨鱼片（切片）（用少许盐和胡椒粉腌制大约1小时）. 咸菜 1颗（切丝）. 姜 1 寸（切薄片）. 番茄 2颗（切块）. 葱油适量（我没放）. 豆腐 1盒（我没放）. 绍兴酒适量（我没放）. 红萝卜 1条（切块）（我没放）. 黄豆半碗（预先浸泡过夜）. 红萝卜 1条（我没放）. 江鱼仔洗净，和所有鱼汤材料（除了盐) 放入锅里熬煮大约1.5直2小时，加入盐调味即可。 1）鱼片沾上玉米粉，炸直金黄备用。 2）把咸菜丝，番茄，水梅加入鱼汤，稍煮片刻。 3）加入米粉和适量的淡奶，待米粉熟后熄火即可。 4）把米粉盛入碗，加上炸好的鱼片，香菜就可以上桌了。 Links to this post. Wednesday, 31 October 2012. Jelly Hard Boiled Eggs. I had been collecting egg shells recently, I was going to make some jelly hard boiled eggs by using egg shells. This idea was inspired by Wendy from her Mango Yogurt Mousse. Ingredients: (for 10 eggs). For the jelly egg yolk,. 10g vege gel (or 1 teaspoon agar agar powder, I can't find agar agar powder here). 2) In a mixing bowl, put in water, vege gel and cane sugar, stir till the vege gel and cane sugar dissolved. Add in mashed pumpkin and mix well.

Friday, 30 April 2010. 溜溜记 13.03.2010-16.03.2010. 哇，最近懒到。。。那么久都没写blog 了，. 滑雪用具。说到要去滑雪时，个个都兴致勃勃，新体验嘛！去一趟滑雪，用费还高过去旅行。买穿的、租用具都很贵，穿的也只用一次而已，除非年年冬天都去滑雪一次。第一天，在等待教练。整装待发！第一天的天气不是很好，风又大。但是呢。。。。排排队，等教练，一个一个来。由于从来没有滑过雪，也不会溜冰，这第一天，时间过得好慢。不断跌倒，怕起来，又跌，有几次真的就想放弃了。那一晚，很累、全身肌肉很酸、但很好睡，哈！第二天，天气晴朗但不多人，因为是星期一，只有我们这几个人还在偷懒。 8216;坐’ski lift 上去，再滑下来。这一天的状况好多了。蓝天白云，原来天空那么大, 世界那么大！ Lecht- 我们去滑雪的那个地方。距离我们住的地方两小时的车程. 在山边。。。看到中间那头牛吗？那可是苏格兰的牛哦，我把它取名为‘刘海’牛，因为它有很cool 的刘海。 Links to this post.
