So after browsing through the internet for new recipe, I finally found one great salt-crusted chicken recipe. 15kg of whole chicken. 3-4 branches of rosemary, you can use dried rosemary or other herbs. 4 cloves of garlic (2 whole cloves and 2 cloves chopped). 500g of big salt.
