Life Of A Southern Couple. Sunday, September 2, 2012. Folly Beach Last Day. On our last day at Folly we packed up and said goodbye to our little cottage. We then headed into Charleston for a trip to the market and brunch. Poogan was the previous owner's dog and he is buried in the front yard thus giving the restaurant it's name. Since it was brunch we all had breakfast except Caleb. He had a fried pork chop with Texas Pete au juis. It was amazing! Then it was time to head home. I always hate leaving.

I have been craving the keylime pie since we were there two years ago. We started out with the best little corn muffins with honey butter! They are so good! Life Of A Southern Couple. Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Savannah, Georgia Dinner. We had a wonderful dinner at Huey's on River Street. We had thought about eating at Paula Deen's Restaurant again but it was closed for their Christmas Party. We had been to Huey's Restaurant the last time we were in Savannah and it was really good so we decided to try it again. I had Shrimp and Grits. It was great! Caleb had the Pasta Jambalaya. He loved it! I, of course, had to taste of it again too and it was delicious!
