The Life of Lemmons. Tuesday, October 19, 2010. Yesterday (Monday) was Day 3 of p90x and the workout was "Shoulders and Arms." After finishing this workout I couldn't lift my arms over my head.putting deodorant on was a struggle of epic proportions. I'm about to do the Day 4 workout which is a 90-minute yoga workout and Momma Lemmons is going to join me, so I'm pretty excited for it!
