Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Cage Fighting and Mixed Martial Arts! As some of you know, I started training in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) on Monday 11th October 2010. This has been one of a few highlights this year. Getting back into martial arts is one thing but training with these guys is epic! Learned how to pull off some nice little tricks - arm bars, shin bars, the triangle, and loads of other submission techniques. I don't have any photo's or videos just yet but I will post them as and when I get any!

Laugh As Much As You Breathe. Lindsey’s Babyshower from Katie Zaun. Lindsey's boss threw her a babyshower this Sunday at Cheesecake Factory in Brea. Since it was for my Godson I had to attend it. It was small and cute and full of yummy food! Space trip to Target. I picked Scout up the other day, only to learn that she had learned about outerspace!
