This is the first step of the work bring the shovels and ahh start work and make muscles , it was not easy at all , but we have to let our car free unless we will be stuck at home , so here we are started our work . I Thought I'd share it with you. 20-20-20. After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away.
