Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Fresh food in a lower waste house. Recently Corey and I have started towards our goal of a lower waste house hold. It’s amazing to how much weight I’ve lost and how much healthier we’ve felt. Not to mention the fact that the money we have is going as far as we need it instead of not coming close. All bread is homemade. I make Bread 1 to 2 times a week. All Pasta is homemade. The taste POP’s. All pop is made in house. The Soda Stream was a wonderful addition. Half Gallon of Milk.

Okay first. last year I was a bad blogger :( I feel so bad that all my pictures and the amazing things we did around here never made up on the Internet. I know I had a good reason but it still really annoys me personally! Yesterday after spending the day at my parents I realized just how far my family has come since I started this change. We no longer do things because it's acceptable or the norm but think about everything we do. Pads are also flannel.

Another Side of My Life. Saturday, July 30, 2011. Between Hospital and Nursing Home. My father has been in the hospital since Tuesday. What started out as an ER visit on Saturday for stomach pain, turned into a hospitalization on Tuesday for a completely different matter.
