We bought this book called: The 4 Hour Body. If you are interested in the guide lines for this diet, I will list them below. What we CAN'T eat. 1 Wheat, Rice and oats. 2 Milk and Cheese. 3 Sugar, Honey ect. 4 Fruit (except for tomatoes and avocados). What we CAN eat. 1 Veggies of any kind. 2 Meat(fish, chicken, beef.). Life Through Red Lenses. Sunday, August 12, 2012. I can't believe that we have lived in New Jersey for 6 months! Peter has been busy as well with qualifying and duty trips(I am happy he is now only gone a couple weeks instead of 3months). We have been trying to go sight see this beautiful state we live in but with how our schedules are the present time is not the best. We are excited for the future seeing that we will be here for another 3 years makes us not in such a hurry to see things.

This started quite a dialog with much of it being shocked friends encouraging her to keep on the journey of enjoying holiday films. I grew up in a home where old films were valued for their content and creativity. My mom still collects old films and loves to show us her latest finds. Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Yesterday two of my best friends, along with my sister, and mom went out to Nashville for the day to celebrate my birthday! We had all kinds of fun. It started out with ear piercing at Claire's. Yes, my dear friend and I were pinching my arm, but it really didn't do any good. Monday, December 2, 2013. November 1st, we celebrated Daniel's 20th birthday. The next day, we started our Reformation Day at our church. Some brave people stayed up all night Friday to roast a pig for Saturday's dinner. Jana, Anna, and Camille. We first had a lecture on worship, then headed out to the pasture to play a game organized by Mr. Bradshaw. The idea was to burn the tick on the post as fast as possible.
