Donnerstag, 16. April 2015. Selfcanteen- Die Zeit Online. Heute hatte ich das Vergnügen bei der Zeit mitkochen zu dürfen. Johanna Schellenberg vom LeBon in Berlin leitete die Kurzküche. Es gab einen Upside Down Salat mit Roter Beete, Linsen, Avocado, Ziegenkäse und vielen Kräutern. Dazu ein Dressing aus süßem Senf und Ahornsirup. Wird - modifiziert wg meinen Allergien- nachgekocht.
