And then Dr. Pita called, and he was very upset that I'd stopped taking my medicine. When I tried to explain to him that it wasn't working, he pretty much told me that couldn't be true. Then he told me that I had to follow his directions, and start taking the medicine that didn't work again, or he'd drop my case. God I'm a bad mom. March 10, 2011 at 7:52 PM.

Some family and friends came in town for his arrival, and we made it really special. He got in at around 12 midnight on Sunday. I dragged Lola out of bed around 10, and got her dressed in a cute little outfit I got. Could you just die? She was such a trooper. We waited and waited for the busses to arrive. Friday, March 25, 2011. Lovely little Lola isn't so little anymore. My girl turned one last month and is a full blown walking, talking toddler. In fact, as we speak (blog? She is trying to climb on our coffee table. She surprises me every day with new words. Some of her favorites are "happy" and "all done" and "more please." And yes she says them all clear as day. Wednesday, July 28, 2010. So basically Lola is huge. We had her 5 month checkup last week. Lola weighs 16 lbs, is just under 27 inches long, and has a 16 inch noggin. She has a melon like her daddy. She ranked 95th for length, 85th for weight, and 80th for head circumference. The girl is definitely NOT petite like I was. At 5 months old Lola has learned to sit up right all by herself .
