Activities: Dancing and Singing (and irritating her brother). What she wants to do when she grows up:. Adapted from Baked Explorations by Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito with minor alterations ). 4 Cups of All Purpose Flour. 2 Tsp of Baking Soda. 1 Tsp of Baking Powder. 1 Tsp of Salt. 2 Tsp of Cinnamon. 1 Tsp of Ground Ginger. 1 Tsp of Allspice. 1 Tsp of Ground Clove. 1 Tsp of Nutmeg. 3 Sticks of Butter at Room Temp. 2 1/2 Cup of Sugar. 4 Cups of Apple Sauce.

Saturday, December 8, 2012. I am starting to bake bread again. Not as regularly as I used to but slowly getting into it again. I always tend to battle with texture.
