Monday, June 16, 2008. Anyone with Dysautonomia understands when I say that the heat and humidity really messes our bodies up! Do your best to drink loads of water, Gatorade, and Pedialyte. I have also tried the Pedialyte pops which I find to be tasty and even tastier on a hot and humid day. Don't forget to increase your salt intake as well! Monday, May 19, 2008. I had a good day! I can't believe that I finally had a good day for being up early in the morning! I got to sleep around 5am listening to music.I know, not a good thing to do when you're an insomniac but I just could not get to sleep! I woke up at 1:45pm which is a good time for me to wake up.
