Life As We Know It. December 15, 2012. I can't believe Christmas is in 1 week! September was just here.or at least it felt that way. Although I like that our life hasn't drug on, I am sad that Kasen is growing up SO fast, yet happy that he is growing up. Does that make any sense? Anyways, I love Christmas time, but have had a hard time getting into the grove of things.Now that the house is decorated and tree is up I hope my Christmas spirit rises! And here is the finished product. That's it for now.

Perhaps our life the past couple of months wasn't anything we had seen coming, or a very awe-inspiring ride on lifes crazy roller coaster of highs and lows, but what doesn't destroy you, will only make you stronger. Right? Last night listening to a sermon I went home with a lot of thinking and the phrase "keep your head up" on my mind. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer" Romans 12:12.

Life As We Know It. August 14, 2012. First I would like to say how thankful I was to have such a smooth sailing pregnancy. It was everything any women hopes for! Heres a quick look at my pregnancy. Life As We Know It. August 19, 2011. Our Romania trip comes to an end. Here are some more pictures of our last days in Romania. When men fought in frequent wars, women and children would hide in the caves.So the caves became known as Women's Caves. As you can imagine it was dark in the caves, so the pictures didn't turn out the best. Ducking didn't help me that much, because somehow I managed to smash my head.Go figure! Wednesday, May 6, 2015. 15, 5, and 5 months. Victoria 15 years old. She is so kind. She is in 9th grade, and LOVES reading and history. She just finished reading the Hunger Games with a friend, it's her first book that's actually at her grade level. She loves to learn about history, World War 2 and Martin Luther King Jr. are her favorite topics. Her favorite sport is basketball. She loves going to church. She very rarely has meltdowns now, still has anxiety sometimes, mostly about school.

Monday, June 25, 2012. Her therapist will be working with her every weekday from 11-1. So that's good. We plan to visit the library once or twice a week. And hopefully we get warmer weather soon so we can go to the pool and she can show off her swimming she has been practicing so hard. She is getting excited to go to Arizona with her, and we are overjoyed that we get to take her and she will be with us longer. We just don't know yet how much that "longer" is going to be. :). I've been meaning to since Brody aka Biggie aka Bro Bro has been born, but funny thing is, he LOVES to be held. So I do. :). He is 3 months and perfect. He weighs roughly 17.5 lbs. I did the "I weigh myself on the scale, then weigh myself holding the baby, then subtract the two" method. I told you he was perfect. Loves to smile, he saves his biggest smiles for Micah and for Daddy when he gets home from work.
