It had been six weeks since her last trim and she was looking a bit shaggy. But we have ways of doing things! I do sympathise with her. When we are in France it often gets too warm for Lulu so the best place for a little snooze is on the cool tiled floor, behind the sofa. . A little scrapbook of life with our standard poodle, Lulu. December 15, 2013. ONE MAN AND HIS DOG. Lulu is without a doubt a lovely dog. She has such a good nature. She is a delight to have as company when Nick is working away from home but she definitely misses her dad. If he is away for a week she spends the first three days looking for him everywhere. We parked by the lake and the noise of the frogs was quite deafening. We had a lovely long walk, about an hour altogether, and most of it was in shade so we didn’t get too hot. After we had been to the food and drink fair at Hardwick we decided we should go back and have a look at this magnificent house again. We turned up late on a Sunday afternoon when the weather was fairly dull and were too late to go inside so we took some photos of the exterior and the gardens. Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Where have the past 6 months gone? Sorry it has taken so long to post. Free time? Yes things are incredibly busy here these days, but getting a little easier. some days. Where do I start? With our dear Luke. Luke continues to do well. We have continued to see some improvements since China. He is consistently sleeping through the night now, has much better head control and definitely making more sounds. Luke went to school this spring 2 days a week. It was hard at. 5 days a week.
