Monday, August 30, 2010. We are officially a week into a new school year. I keep thinking that the next year will be calmer, more organized, that I'll feel more like a pro. But I'm learning that it doesn't work that way. Every year is new and every group of kids is a new challenge. Thursday, June 10, 2010. This is our life right now. I do feel like I can relate more to Abraham though. We are definitely getting ready to move.to a land we know not of. Why do I left myself wade into times of temporary insanity? I say insanity because I've been here before. I've tasted the bitterness of an anxious heart, and still I return to its well only to find its fill bitter and unsatisfying once more. I think things really clicked for me tonight reading Romans 7:24-25. O wretched man that I am!

Thursday, April 15, 2010. They make me laugh and they make me cry. Because of them, I've decided that if I could have any super power in the world.anything at all.I'd want to be able to shoot sharpened pencils out of my arms like Spider Man. Flying, X-ray vision, super strength.they're all out of the running because of my daily relationship with 7th graders. I'm not sure if that makes me pathetic, but my world from 8-5ish everyday revolves around meeting the needs of my 45 students. Posted by Ali Reams.

Tuesday, August 10, 2010. 2 weeks ago, Rusty and I got to spend a week at the Outer Banks in North Carolina. Here are a few pictures :). We woke up one morning at 5:30 to watch the sunrise. It was so gorgeous and worth the lack of sleep! We went about 45minutes north of Nags Head where we stayed to Corolla to visit the Currituck lighthouse. And then we drove 30 minutes south of Nags Head to visit the Bodie Island Lighthouse only to find it under construction.boo. Posted by Ali Reams.

Monday, February 24, 2014. Sleeps in his own room in the crib. If he does wake up, he goes right back to bed with a paci. His bed time is about 7:30 and he sleeps til about 6:30. Nurses for about 10 min every 4 hours. And now takes a bottle for his two day time feedings! Eats baby food and table food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
