Juston and I and our friends, Bethany and Adam, went to the Michigan vs. Ohio State game 2 weeks ago- it was our first trip to the "Big House" and we had a blast! The first "Gates" family photo with new addition Cooper James Gates! He is precious and I am excited to have my first nephew! Brotherly love at Thanksgiving! Nan and Papa J bought Hamilton his first pair of drumsticks!

With the new job we made plans to move our family to Bentonville. And I then began the search for a new job. All was set and ready to go and then Matt decided that he really could not see this job being a good long term fit for our family and we did NOT move. This all took place the week before Loral. Saturday, November 8, 2008. Woo hoo, I'm blogging- better late then never! Well I was slow to start on the blog bandwagon w/my work stuff, but finally did that about 18 month ago! But I have yet to start a family blog! And the sad reason why: I DON'T have any pictures to share! Honestly, I'm like the shoemaker whose children have no shoes! I take so many photos throughout the year, that I come home and put my camera in the closet! I take 2-3 times that at an 1 hr photo shoot! A few lessons learned:.
